A Dire Test

: Part of this adventure is taken from [Dungeon] xx and this write up will contain spoilers, if your referee is likely to run adventures from Dungeon please read no further.

: The pair get back to FoglyOnSea to find that the village is celibrarting the annual Sea Bass day. GeveryChambertain is press ganged into cooking fish all day. ReinarTheFaceless has fallen in with AelfricSmithson and is also looking for adventure.

: ReinarTheFaceless finds out that the town alchemistic is hiding on Fogly because of some bad potions that killed some people. He get the alchemistic to reduce his prices on the healing potions for the group ~~(you can now have them at 10% off list when ReinarTheFaceless is there and 20% off when GeveryChambertain is there ie CLW 35gp).

: Later in the day GeveryChambertain dog returns badly hurt. He can't afford to pay for the Heal or Cure potions for it so he cooks up a ruse with the Alchemist. He will attempted to wash the dogs wounds in sea whe this fails the alchemist say that he will heal the dog. When he goes into the water discoverse that the sea is very cold and sucks his energy (Surface Wound).

: The group rest for a day or so to heal up. ReinarTheFaceless finds out that the bandits have been taking several of the wagon trains to and from LastBeurg, he persauds the village merchants that they can deal with them. They offer 1000 gp (200gp now). The merchant that organise this is LeisterMortimer.

: The set off back to the TempestTemple just before the get to the turn south on EndlessStreet they are surrounded by Goblins, an Orc then requests that they join there leader for a chat.

: They are take a short way into the forest where there is a camp and an audiance plateform setup. They have a discussion with DireHandAsckep whom attempts to pursuad them to not work for JusticeTarbis and the OldGallo nobility but to come and work for the DireLord. They group tell them that they will think about it. He says that there is a tent for them to relax in whlist they discuss it. He retires to his tent. (He at this time leaves the camp though the back of his tent)

: The group notice that there are five large bears hanging on poles and 20 strong looking goblins near there. They are well tended to but have matted hair and a large gem in there forhead.

: The group chat for a while. ReinarTheFaceless desguises himself as a goblin and walks aroundthe camp, he seam the goblins making food and looking after the bears. There are also 4 other large Orcs around that are commanding the goblins.

: MrYoung, GeveryChambertain created a bonefire and a small fire spirit asks what the DireLord will give them for there support. They don't pay much attention to it. ReinarTheFaceless returns to see the other two talking to the fire. They under the sound of the fire discuss what to do next, they are agreeing not to join the DireHand when .....

: (The Orcs had been listening and organising there men) The goblins by the bears run to the Bears and carry them off as fast as they can. The rest of the goblins attack whilst the 3 Orcs watch. The goblins are easly kill (they have one 0 mundane action) and the 3 Orcs attack. The orcs are killed but it is a harder fight (they have two mundane actions).

: The group track the goblins with the bears. Some goblins are waiting in ambush and they are quickly dispatched. The trail leads to the temple. The group search the area expecting that they continue south.

: They start to search for the area for where they went when LadyShriku turns up. GeveryChambertain says that she attempted to kill her dog, she says it was the Orcs. (Forgotten what happened next).

: There is a fight. She goes invisible and attacks GeveryChambertain from behind. MrYoung stabs her, and she goes invisible again.

: MrYoung(?) thoughs oil over her and GeveryChambertain flaming sword lights it. ReinarTheFaceless thoughts a dagger at the invisible shape in the fire.

: She surrends and says she will tell them how the orcs and goblins get in the temple.
