Events

The squad decide to have another go investigating the main lake, having found a 100 Meter length of cable, they had forgotten about. Filthy and Calmert swim out into the lake, while Rhyad and Silverbark return to the ship so they can monitor what it see's and relay the information back to Filthy. They discover that at about 200 Meters under the surface, there is some sort of large curved metal? surface, they estimate that it is between 20 and 50 meters across. They then return to shore, and Rhyad and Silverbark return from the ship and decide what they are going to do about it.

The squad decide after some thought to return to the Golem's who are patrolling the smaller lake, and do some more investigations. They pick a point where there is only one Amber coloured Golem, and Rhyad approaches, and Filthy covers her with the rocket launcher. Rhyad tries to communicate with out any success. So starts to retreat. Filthy takes this as a sign that something has gone wrong, so shots at the Golem. Rhyad is a bit surprised by this turn of events, and starts to move towards Filthy to find out what he thinks he is doing.

The amber one that has been shots gives chase to Rhyad, so Rhyad shot's it. The squad thens spots the other 3 Amber Golem's are closing on the spot where the fallen Amber Golem is. Rhyad take the rocket launcher from Filthy and waits for them to be in close proximity, and then shots another Amber one, and damaging the others, with the blast.

The Amber's and the Gold one then move to engage the squad, they also notice that the silver Golem is climbing out of the lake. Rhyad destroys her Amber one after taking some damage. Filthy is battering his to death, and Calmert is facing the Gold one. Silverbark ducks into cover see the silver one, just in time, as a flash of lightning goes though the air were he had just been standing. The silver one then begins to approach the squad.

Rhyad then shots at the Silver one with the rocket launcher, which then turns and begins to close on Rhyad. Calmert is having problems with his, and Silverbark goes to lend him a hand. Filthy is slowly wearing his target down. When the Silver one gets with 60' of Rhyad it lets off another bold of lighting, before Rhyad can destroy it with another Rocket. Rhyad then goes to also help Calmert, and then Filthy. and all 6 Golems are destroyed. The squad then examine the Golem's and realize they are mad the Electrum, Gold and Platinum, so decide to take them back to the ship as booty.

Once the party has heeled up they decide to investigate the lake. Which turns out to be 20 Meters deep with a flat bottom, after searching the bottom for 10 minutes the squad find a small (1 Meter) hemispherical lump in the lake, from hitting it they think it is hollow.
