Mission 004 - [molehunt]

You will be expected to offer assistance to the in-house security team when expected intruders are detected. Intruders should be allowed to get away with AI in lab [plans] after maximum resistance, In house security experts should not survive the encounter. [/Slink]

[Slink] Mission Update: Agent with street-gang is unable to avoid being present on mission, please ensure target G is to escape with minimal injury. He will be required to fire upon you in a course of his mission. If captured, please leave-for-dead in a location to be arrange, to allow to continue cover. Your weapon friend or foe should NOT be updated, target G is to be identified by visual acquisition only. Use of performance enhancing drugs is widespread in gang. Employers representatives as yet unknown. Additional Gestalt ammo recommended to avoid collateral damage, good shooting.[/Slink]

Objectives

• A Backstrom facility is to be attack by operatives of another company to steal an AI.

• In house security experts may be compromised, they should not survive the insergancy.

• Team is tasked to allow them to steal the AI, but they are to believe that it was protected.

Status

• Team purchance Hunting Equipement to add to the cover story. Arga a hunting rifle and a jungle suit, Harry an 'titiaan elephant gun' and Bard .... ? These are delivered just before the team leave.

• It seams that Mr Fernandez is a bit worried by the teams arrival and tidies up his facility. This means that he is either honest smart man or a very cleaver currupt one. A stupid or arrogrant criminal would not act, and a neave honest manager would assume all is ok. It seams that he removes records of a simulation of an Ishtar employee. She is cute. There is no records of the two being involved, may be this is a harmless fantasy or a good diverionary tactic.

• Team report to Mr Fernandez and inform him of a possible attack against the facility and that the team are here just in case it is true. "It is better to hide a lie amoungst the truth" We do not tell him that the attack is a certainty and thay the team have been ordered to let it succeed with the secrity squad to be expunged.

• Mr Fernandez allows the team to see the weapons under developement and allows us to field test some special Neural Bullets. Harry is very intrest in the pain giving action of the bullets. We express a requirement for a better covert action knock out munitians.

• The team are taken by Mr Fernandez to the guess quaters, we had just arruved when the facilities Cat Guard Bots are taken out with a virus. The guard that reports the failure was imedialy thought to be the security risk.

• Not long after two cars are flying towards the facility but ignore request to leave our airspace, because they say there navs are broken. All but Brad, rush back to the facility to join in the altercation. Brad stays to 'guard' the VP and VIPs.

• Agra enters the facility pertending to be looking for a simulation to play.

• Harry stays outside and snips at the interlopers.

• The Intruders arrive and quickly infeltrate the facility. Agra causes attrition losses inside at the ground floor with a 15mm round and then head to the AI. It seams that there is already a guard inside ready to protect this area, so Agra heads back down stairs. Harry has pick of one of the other cars with is new 'gun'.

• The main force of the Intruders hold the gound floor under the AI whilst a smaller force attack the guard on the 1st floor. Agra removes the guard and the Intruder from the 1st floor at he same time as the Intruders blow the floor out to the AI.

• The AI is removed and the Intruders speed away from the facility.

• Unforcantly the VP leads the team his glide copter and the team are forced to give believiable chase. This is harder than it seams when you out gun and out manover the Intruders. We attempt a silly stunt which goes wonge and the team endup hitting a tree at 300+ m/s.

• Agra is totaled in the crash and the others are badly hurt. Harry uses the Neural Bullets on Agra in an attempt to back him up. This mostly work and Agra personallity was recreated.

• The VP thoughs a party (Agra is not sure).

• The team stay on station to act as security until a new team arrive.

• Mission objectives achieved: All Security dead. Some of the Intruders get away with AI. Neural Bullets field tested on several people.

End of Mission Status

[Slink] Suggest team stand's down in Metaxa facility guest accommodation while new shell for Agra is sourced and he is retrained to use his new body. [/Slink]

[Slink] Agra, researchers wish permission to analyse your pain records just prior to death when Harry shot you in the neck with development injection ammo. [/Slink]

[Slink] Please be aware that Mr Fernandez is investigating the crash of this Fagaggio Lhope glide copter, as this was his personal transport. Fortunately not much of it remains after your successful 'complete destruction' ditch into the forest canopy at just sub-sonic speeds.
