• Investigation of BaconButtyMachine?; Closed after major health and safty violations; The management have since upgraded the machine and improved cafe; Cafe and BaconButtyMachine? reopened.

• Investigation of Shopfloor; No report; Officers terminated by serious electrical wiring fault; Recommend closure of Shopfloor because of dangous wiring.
