Unsigned Document Mode

• In a Wiki system any page that is not in ThreadMode or a Signed / Copyrighted Document Mode.

• Any page that is in this mode should be:

1. Written in the third person
2. Is open for all contributed to modify
3. Should only have signed paragraphs or a Thread added to the bottom (which is suject to removal).
