== The Time Lord RPG ==

: There where two Dr Who roleplaying games created. The first by FASA called The Doctor Who RPG which used the same rules system that there Star Trek RPG used. The second was published originally in 1991 by Virgin called Timelord by Ian Marsh and Peter Darvill-Evans. When Virgin stopped publishing the game in 1996 the authors decided to self published it via the web (see link below)

: I (DaveF) have both systems and I think that Timelord was by far the best system because it was rule lite and had most of the character pregenerated which meant that it made a good convention and 'at loose end' sort of game. It is one of the best game system avaiable via the web as freeware.
