The Background
- The characters are all Hemnats. Hemnats are nine foot tall, three armed lizardfolk, that the much smaller humans think of as demons. The Hemnat of course 'know' that they are the true people and the all of the other humaniods are infearer. Hemnat are generally follow the nateral cycles and do not like to move from there villages or cities.
- The Hemnat empire once was large, but over time has been contracting leaving large sections of wilderness that the other humaniods have expanded into. In this area are place that where once the Hemnat cities and places of power. These have been forgotten about and now inhabitated by monsters and worse.
- The group where original sent out into the wilderness, a thing few Hemnat would risk, to find some lost artifacts that it was thought the the Humans had stolen. The has group discovered over time that there is a larger plot which probly includes other Hemnat and an ancent foe 'The Dark Consprisy'. There home village has been destroyed by a summonied devil and the group are on the trail to decover the perprator. They have also found the long lost Dreamweaver spirits and are looking for Dragons, which it is said Henmat once rod into battle.
