Session 10 - The Tug of War

: Part of this adventure is taken from [Dungeon] xx and this write up will contain spoilers, if your referee is likely to run adventures from Dungeon please read no further.

: The group look down into the small valley that surrounds the location of the destroyed TempestTemple and see several groups fighting for a very large body of a dead lizard. TheArmie has one end and the Hag the other, darting in now and again are several gobins that are stealing food.

: AelfricSmithson goes down and the LadyShriku tells him that she killed it and TheArmie is attempting to steal it. He then attempts to threaten the monstrosity that is several feet big than the last time the group encountered it.

: TheArmie thows a rock at AelfricSmithson whom dodges it (and it kills one of the hidden gobins). As AelfricSmithson approches the creature rolls backwards and picks up weapons that it has placed in the marsh. ReinarTheFaceless fires arrows that damage an arm of TheArmie. AelfricSmithson then considered that fighting a 10ft tall multi-armed, sword and mace wealding monster might not be such a good idea and retires. (Was there something else that happened here)

: LadyShriku tells the group that the orcs came out of the dungeon a few days ago and returned with something big rapped up but still alive.

: The group cartusiosly creap down the spiral stairs. The discover that there is hidden in the glomb an Arrow Hawk. MrYoung and ReinarTheFaceless hide on the stairs whist AelfricSmithson, gets electricused. Although the creatures bolts seam to damage the walls knocking chuncks out, the electric effect does not seam to hurt AelfricSmithson and his arrows home onto the creature. (He seamed confused by this) The creature is killed.

: The group creap towards the guard house and find that the portcullise is down, they with rocks and a lot of work get it high enough for ReinarTheFaceless to get under it. He then attempts to open the portcullise but finds that the 'wheel' has been traped and the 'lock' have been removed. After a bit of jurry rigging with the table they make enough space so the others can climb under.

: The main doors have been boarded shut. These are slowly removed with jemies.

: The get to the spiral stairs going up and send up MrYoung (I think) whom sets of the alarm, two orcs come down the stairs and they are killed by AelfricSmithson.
